Hungry

Well today went well expect I am HUNGRY!!!!!  Well not really well.  I have to keep reminded myself that I have to eat.  I'm the type of person who will go without eatting my meals but snack all day long.  So the problem I had today was I ate my breakfast and lunch, but they were small, light healthy meals.

For breakfast I had two egg whites and two slices of turkey bacon. I took my Women's oneaday as well as B12.  For lunch I just had a cup of brown rice and I made a fruit smoothie.  I'm looking forward to dinner though.  I will have a  grilled chicken breast, brown rice, spinach, and some watermelon and pear for dessert.

I didn't exercise today even though I know I should have.  My excuse for today was it's to hot outside and I just got my hair permed.   Well I know that is such a lame excuse and I need to get out and do it.  Well if anybody is up to going walking during the day just let me know I'm game as long as I have someone to go with.
