Well what can I say about today.....I dunno....I had some sour grapes for breakfast and a salad for lunch and dinner. Nothing special really, but I had a wonderful talk with the ladies I work with today about health and fitness and some things I can do to help me reach my goal. Also my mother surprised me and cooked my husband and I dinner for tomorrow. She made some fresh collard greens, corn, sweet potatoes, and turkey wings. She did all of this with no salt. Thanks mama!!!! I Love You!!!! Well one more day of relaxation and to the gym I go. I am getting kinda excited to start working out but I need to get me some music so I can hit these trails. Well that's all for me today. If you read this post send a prayer up for me because the road in front of me will be hard but very rewarding for my self as well as for my husband and family.
