Motivation

Well today I got on the scale again.  I have not been working out but eating better.  I went to the doctor last week and saw the scale and could not believe it.  I went because of my leg swelling.  Well a week later I have lost 10 pounds.....YAY!!!! nothing special I did but eat differently but I think it has something to do with the medications and vitamins. 

But on another note, I went to the gym 5:30 this morning. Did cardio and 300 sit ups that almost killed me.  I felt great afterward and I'm very proud of myself that I got up and went to the gym.  Now all I can think is I need to go buy my some workout clothes....of course......another reason to go shopping...lol.
